These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the coaching and consulting services (the "Services") offered by Orringlen Ventures LLC, doing business as The Parent Strategy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or otherwise using our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1 · Nature of Services
The Parent Strategy provides parenting coaching and consulting services intended to help parents better understand and respond to challenges affecting their teenager's academic performance, communication, and family dynamics.
Not Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice. Our Services are educational and strategic in nature. The Parent Strategy is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, attorney, or other licensed medical or mental health professional, and nothing provided through our Services constitutes medical advice, psychological treatment, diagnosis, therapy, or legal advice. Our coaching does not replace, and should never be used as a substitute for, care from a qualified licensed professional.
Referrals. Where appropriate, we may recommend that you seek support from a licensed therapist, physician, educational specialist, or other professional. Any such referral is a recommendation only. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of services provided by any third-party professional or organization we may recommend.
No Guaranteed Outcomes. Coaching outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your teenager's individual circumstances, your own effort and follow-through, and external factors we cannot predict or control. We do not guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to changes in grades, academic performance, college admission outcomes, scholarship eligibility, or the resolution of any family or relationship conflict.
2 · Eligibility
Our Services are intended for parents and legal guardians of minors who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By enrolling, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal authority to make decisions regarding your teenager's education and wellbeing.
